RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Your order inquiry via email must be requested within 7 days after your order has been confirmed as delivered. If applicable, your order must be received within 14 days after your order has been confirmed as delivered. Customers are responsible for any and all shipping costs to return items.

Please note that any items to be returned must have original tags, contain no stains, must be odorless, and be in their original condition. 

Any items on sale(clearance) are final and may not be returned. Items that are not in our clearance sale section and were purchased with a discount code are eligible to be returned.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

SHIPPING:

-Once an order has been placed, we do not modify or cancel it. Please make sure your order details are correct and any applicable discount codes have been added before completing your purchase.

- We offer free shipping over $80 for all domestic US orders. Orders will be processed and shipped out within the same or next day!

-If a package is sent back to our warehouse because of an incorrect or incomplete address the customer will have to pay the re-shipping fee to resend the package to the corrected address. Shipping fee is based upon the destination and weight of the package.

-International orders may be subject to custom duties and customers are responsible for such payment. We do not cover any custom duties & taxes.

*We are not responsible for any lost or stolen/damaged packages. Please contact your local post office for help on recovery of packages.
